Website forms

A contact form without a backend — leads straight to your CRM

Add one attribute to the form you already have. Every submission becomes a lead in the CRM with the channel and UTM tags the visitor came with, and your team gets a Telegram message within a minute. No PHP, no mail server, no form builder.

Leads

Never lose a single lead

Lead capture that just works: your website form sends leads straight to the CRM — name, phone, where the visitor came from and which ad brought them. Your team gets a Telegram alert within a minute.

  • Statuses, an assigned owner and comments on every lead
  • Quiet hours: no pings at night — everything arrives in the morning
  • Spam protection without CAPTCHA — real people never notice it

How a form without a backend works

Usually a contact form needs a server: a script that receives the data, checks it, stores it and sends an email. Sitecog takes that part over. The widget script on your page catches the submission, sends it to our server and tells the page whether it was accepted.

The form itself stays yours — your HTML, your styles, your fields. Plain HTML sites, WordPress themes and React or Vue apps all work: mark the form with an attribute, or call one function from your code.

A lead needs a phone number or an email address — otherwise there is nobody to call back, and such a submission is rejected.

From the form to the first call

  • Any form, no backend

    Add data-crm-lead to a form or call window.crmLead() in React or Vue. Forms that appear later, in a pop-up for example, work too.

  • Fields recognized for you

    Name, phone, email and message are found by the field name; the phone number is normalized. Other fields are kept with the lead. Passwords and card numbers are never sent.

  • Telegram within a minute

    Your own bot sends the form name, contact details and the start of the message. Several people can get alerts, each with their own quiet hours — night leads arrive in the morning.

  • Spam protection without CAPTCHA

    A hidden trap field and a one-time signed pass stop bots. Doubtful submissions are kept and marked instead of lost, and a double click never creates a second lead.

  • Where the lead came from

    The channel, UTM source, medium and campaign, the page and the country are saved with the lead — when the visitor has allowed analytics.

  • A simple lead list

    Statuses New, In progress, Done, Rejected and Spam, an owner set automatically, comments, and search by phone, email or name.

Collecting leads in three steps

  1. Add the script

    Add your site in the CRM and paste the widget script tag into your pages.

  2. Mark the form

    Create a lead type in Marketing → Events and put its name into data-crm-lead on the form.

  3. Connect Telegram

    Paste your bot token in the lead settings, choose who gets alerts and set quiet hours.

<script src="https://widget.sitecog.com/widget.js" defer></script>

<form data-crm-lead="quote">
  <input name="name" placeholder="Name">
  <input name="phone" type="tel" placeholder="Phone">
  <textarea name="message" placeholder="Message"></textarea>
  <button>Send</button>
</form>

<!-- React, Vue: window.crmLead('quote', { name, phone, message }) -->

Change your website exactly where customers see it

Visual editing the way it should work: open your website in the CRM, click a heading, price or image and change it right on the page. No clunky admin forms, no developer needed.

  • Text, images, video, lists and product cards
  • Pick an image from your storage — or just drag a new one onto the page
  • Works with any stack: React, Next.js, Vue, PHP or static HTML

See which ads actually bring in leads

The same script that connects your website to the CRM tracks traffic and detects the channel on its own: paid ads, search, social, email. Events show exactly which ad brought in the visitors who became leads.

  • Visitors, visits and page views by day — compared with the previous period
  • A UTM-tagged link for every platform, with its own stats and a printable QR code
  • Countries, cities, devices and browsers — with known bots filtered out of the report

Questions about forms and leads

Do I need a backend, PHP or a mail server?

No. The widget sends the form data to Sitecog and tells the page whether it was accepted. The form’s action is not used, so there is no redirect.

Does it work with React, Vue and single-page apps?

Yes. The attribute also works for forms rendered later, and in your own code you can call window.crmLead() and get the result back.

Which plan includes leads?

Leads from website forms are part of the Pro plan ($79 per 30 days). The number of leads is not limited.

Can I get leads by email or send them to another CRM?

Not yet. Leads arrive in the Sitecog CRM and Telegram. Email alerts, webhooks, integrations and export are not available yet.

Can visitors attach files?

No, only text fields are sent with the form.

What if the visitor has not accepted cookies?

The lead still arrives — it just comes without the visitor ID, so without the channel and UTM tags. On request you can find a visitor by email or phone and delete their leads.
