Messages arrive instantly over WebSocket. Both sides see typing and read receipts, and you see whether the visitor is still on the site.
If a message stays unread longer than you allow (5 minutes by default), a bot pings you on Telegram. Several people can get alerts, each with their own quiet hours.
When nobody has the CRM open or it is outside working hours, the chat asks for an email. Your replies reach the visitor by email, with a link back to the conversation.

Live chat is part of the Basic ($29 per 30 days) and Pro ($79) plans; the free 7-day trial covers the website editor. You can try the chat without registering in the demo CRM.
The chat switches to offline mode: the visitor leaves an email with the message, you get a Telegram alert right away, and your reply is sent to that email with a link to continue on your site. Email replies need your own mailbox connected in the settings.

Conversations are stored on servers in the EU. Before the visitor accepts cookies, the chat uses a temporary ID that is not saved anywhere. On request you can find a visitor by email or phone and delete their conversations and files.
